Luck and Intuition
Lucky people tend to notice, act on and follow up on things that seem to happen by chance. Trust your instincts. Knowing right from wrong usually carries over into intuition. Therefore, if you just seem to KNOW that something just is right or wrong, go with it, it more than likely is.
Expectations are Good, especially if they are positive. If you truly believe something good will happen, interestingly enough, it has a way of coming true!
When Bad things do happen, and for most of us, they happen more often than we'd like, try and find the brighter side. For example, a lay-off at work can be horrible, but if you consider it as a chance to discover a More Exciting Career, you can replenish your positivity and gain momentum to move forward onto something better.
Having a Sixth Sense

A sixth sense really exists, but be careful how you use it. People process information about their environment and other people unconsciously, drawing conclusions about who to trust and what the best course of action is. The trick is knowing when these intuitive feelings are accurate and when they are quick impressions that are wrong, such as a faulty first impression of someone.

Handling Criticism
Realize that you will Always have critics and that everyone fails at times. Consider starting off every morning giving yourself permission to not be perfect. Do not criticize yourself or others often. Think before you speak. Occasionally admit outloud that you were wrong. Never take on too much at once. Set Realistic goals for yourself. Be optimistic, do not think about what went wrong during the day, think about what went right.

Learning to have Patience
Remember that you are Part of this world, it is not dedicated to you. Ask yourself what is the worst thing that could happen because of a delay or a problem that is upsetting you. Take a few Deep Breaths, and count to 10 before speaking or acting. Focus on how much better you feel when you are being patient. Trying to do or take on too much leads to stress and a lack of patience.

Stop Procrastinating
Taking action is the first step against procrastination. Many people that procrastinate feel they need to be motivated before they do something. The Reality of this is that Immediate Action usually brings the motivation you need to stop procrastinating. Commit yourself to only a few minutes of whatever your avoiding, by then you should be motivated to continue with it.

Being Creative
Some people find it hard to be creative. Try starting in the middle of a project if you can't seem to get it started at the beginning. Usually the beginning will come to you later. Vary your daily routine to change the way you think like changing the way you drive to work. Do not push yourself until you feel you've used up your creativity. Stop before your drained, and begin again the next day with the energy you saved. Try to make connections between things that seemingly have none. Like comparing a Smoke with a Bubble. Write regularly in a Journal about your dreams or thoughts.
